Summer is here! The water is cool, the sun is shining, and the Library is open.
Throughout the St. Mary’s summer session the Library hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
So if you want to get a jump start on your SMP, work on a summer research project, or just need a break from the heat, stop in and say hello! We’ll be happy to see you.
Library & Media Center Hours: Spring Exam Edition
Extended Library, Media Center, and Digital Media Lab hours begin Tuesday, April 26.
Through May 9, Library classrooms 306, 307, and 321 will be available for student use during Library hours. You can also book one of the 2nd floor study rooms!
Need a laptop/phone charger, ethernet cord, and/or an extension cord? Ask at the first floor Circulation (check out) desk.
And of course, don’t forget to wear layers!

Library Classrooms Open for Student Use
Starting Monday, April 25, through Monday, May 9 Library classrooms 306, 307, and 321 will be available for student use during Library hours.
Extended Media Center Hours
On Wednesday, May 4, and Thursday, May 5, the digital media lab on the 3rd floor will remain open until midnight for all your last minute production needs.
Spring Break Hours 2016
Starting Friday, March 11, the Library and Media Center will have different hours during Spring Break.
Of course, the Library website is open for business 24/7 if you need access to databases or e-books during the break!
(BTW: you can totally check out a Kindle for all your beach reading needs. I highly recommend The Martian if you’re going to be doing a lot of flying/spending time in airports, but there are tons of other great titles to choose from on each and every Kindle!)

Starting Friday, December 11, the Library and Media Center will have extended hours for all the crying studying you need to do to prep for exams.
As an added bonus, Library classrooms 306, 307, and 321 (which is technically a theater, but whatever) will be open for student use through Thursday, December 17, during open hours. So if you can’t find a spot, check the classrooms for open space! And of course there are the 2nd floor study rooms.

Fall Library Hours
School’s (almost) back in session (ONE WEEEEEEEEEK!) and we know y’all can’t wait to get to the library!
Library summer hours officially end on Sunday, August 30 – the library will be open that day from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
And starting Monday, August 31, (AKA the First Day of Class) the library will resume regular semester hours:
