Library Closure on May 16 for SMCM Staff Picnic

The library will close at 12:00pm on Friday, May 16 so that our staff can attend the annual St. Mary’s College of Maryland Staff Picnic.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Finals Week Library Hours

Misinformation Escape Room Event

The Media, Literacy and Civic Engagement and Democracy Project (MLCED) Presents: A Misinformation Escape Room!

Ready to test your puzzle solving skills? Join us on April 10th at 4:30pm at Blackistone Room (Anne Arundel Hall) for an interactive experience with a Misinformation Escape Room!

You’ll work in teams of 4-6 people, to dive into a world of clues, riddles and tricky media puzzles designed to uncover hidden truths. You can either build your team or be placed in a team on the day of!

After the game, a debriefing session will occur where we’ll discuss what misinformation is, how it affects us, and where we fit in within the larger conversation around misinformation.
