Finding the circulation desk
The circulation service desk will be located on the second floor, where the periodicals are.
From the stairs: Take the stairs from the first to second floor, go past the windows, then take a left—the desk will be on your right. Signage will be posted to help direct you.
From the elevator: Take the elevator from the first floor to the second floor. When you exit, go straight past the stacks and windows, then take a left—the desk will be on your right.
The elevator will remain in service throughout the summer and the fall semester.
Writing and Speaking Center
The Writing and Speaking Center has temporarily relocated to Reading Room 115 in the Library Annex for the duration of the renovation. Peer tutoring for writing and speaking projects continues as normal in this location.

Media Center
The third floor Media Center is operated by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and is not affected by the renovation. The Presentation Classroom, Digital Media Lab, Recording Studio, and Media Equipment Room remain in their current locations.

What’s changing
- Study rooms will be unavailable for patron use during construction.
- All first floor services will move to the second floor for the duration of the project. Signage will be posted throughout the building to help direct you to relocated services.
